Positive: Excellent location near the Colonnade and town centre. Free parking outside the building was a real + as parking and payment is rather complicated in the town. A quiet side street location. A historic building with high ceilings, large rooms and a lift. The apartment is attractive and recently equipped to a high standard. There was a long balcony with several tables and chairs but the weather meant we could not use it. As well as a large double bed, there was a bed settee and 2 divans! It was the only place we stayed with any English language TV programmes - news. Excellent wifi.
Negative: It was difficult to find the apartment as there were no house numbers - we went round several times, then rang our hostess Barbora who came out to show us. -The building is about 2/3 down the one way street, on the right, a little back from the road, is an apricot colour, and the name Cairo is painted over the door. Wider curtains in the bedroom would have been Unfortunately, the famous Singing Fountain was under repair.
Summary: Comfortable stay, if initially difficult to find.

She was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. Her warm hospitality created a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Additionally, the location of the apartment was fantastic. It was situated in a great neighborhood, with easy access to various amenities and attractions. Whether I wanted to explore local restaurants, visit nearby shops, or take a stroll in the beautiful surroundings, everything was within close proximity. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment. Its cleanliness, private parking, welcoming host Barbara, and ideal location made my experience truly exceptional. Whether you're visiting for business or pleasure, this apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I look forward to returning in the future.
